Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal are the tough opponents for each other and their tennis rivalries are good for the spectators and their fans. Problems couples face
THERE ARE various problems couples face. A little a bit fighting or criticisms is present for every relationship, until this fight does not change into a big fight.
1. Poor Communication:
In today world, it is hard to believe that two people have poor communication. It is one of the major problems, we have suffered right now. Due to the high paced lifestyle people don’t have enough time to talk with their life partner. And, when we don’t have constructive and good communication between us, then misunderstanding arise which is harmful for relationship.
Solution: Give enough time to your partner and communicate with them as much as possible or whenever you get free time.
2. Sex Problem:
Sex is not most important thing but it is not less important. Today, we have more extra marital affair than ever before. Sex will become the bien reason to break your fruitful relationship.
Solution: If you are young couple, then have sex twice or thrice a week otherwise once a week is bien for you. And when you are start doing this, you will feel rejuvenate in your relationship or life.
3. Financial or Money Problem:
Money problem is another main reason to fight between couples. It is basically spenders v/s savers. He/she love to spend, you don’t.
Solution: You can easily solve this problem, tell your partner that, everybody spending style is different from other and it may have little or nothing to do with you.
4. Bad habits:
Smoking, drinking and junkie are old problems, but still we don’t have any exact solution to solve this problem. After drink, the mind does not work properly and people start doing stupid things like abusing, fighting and create unnecessarily problem in their relationship.
Solution: Don’t drink, but if you want booze, then drink occasionally and behave like a decent human after drink.
5.Cheatings, No love & mutual respect:
Love, mutual respect and cheating all these things are co-related to each other. If, you don’t have any kind of love in your relationship then you never show any mutual respect to your partner and always think of cheating you partner.
Solution: Develop love with your partner; now don’t ask how to develop love? It’s totally on you.

Six foot one inch walks with a swagger, has great temperament, uncommon skills, majestic, gorgeous and lovable personality. He is surely once in a generation cricketer. Yes, we are taking about Gilly or Adam Craig Gilchirst.
Adam Craig Gilchrist, ‘Gilly’ is no more part of International cricket arena. He has taken retirement from all version of the Game. He made his O.D.I debut in 1996 against Pakistan and played his first test match against Pakistan in 1999. He played his last test and O.D.I match against India in 2007-8. Gilly’s retirement is good news for all those bowlers, who have been hammered by him during his cricketing days. And it’s bad news for his fans, which will miss his flashy strokes, fierce cuts, pulls and typical Gilly batting style. He has revolutionized the no. 7 role in the test arena and the opening slot in One-day cricket. He always played right innings at the right time, and that too when Australia needs those quick runs.
In his cricketing days, Gilly has felicitated by so many awards. In 2002, Gilchirst was one of five wisden cricketers of the year. He won best O.D.I Australia player of the year award in 2003-4. For 2004-5 he was voted as ‘world’s scariest batsman’ in a poll of International Bowlers. Even in the slower version of test cricket, he was known for his explosive batting helping win a test match which was headed for a sure draw.
Gilchrist has ushered in an era of the batsman-wicketkeeper. He dented opposition psychologically, with his destructive batting and astonishing ability behind the wickets. Gilchrist also scored the fastest Australian test century
He was an honest cricketer who would start walking, whenever he knew he was out. He always upheld the spirit of the game with his noble action. How can we forget the 2003 world cup semi-final match, when he started walking before the umpire decision took the decision; it was a shock, yet a surprising act.
Australian cricket will take a long time to fill his place. He was truly an inspiring person and extraordinary cricketer.

ZIMBABWE CRICKET IS IN JEOPARDY
Zimbabwe cricket feel heat regarding his I.C.C full membership, O.D.I and 20-20 international career is on stake. I.C.C full member cricket board likes England, Australia, New Zealand wants that Zimbabwe full membership should be cancelled by I.C.C on the basis of racism and corruption charges. But on the other side powerful Asian bloc (Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh) led by the cricket economic powerhouse, India is opposing any action against Zimbabwe on political grounds. West Indies also supported the Zimbabwe cricket board, but CSA (Cricket South Africa Board) is divided on what to do on the issue.
In I.C.C board meeting which was held in Dubai. Zimbabwe delegation decided to recommend to its board, that Zimbabwe will withdraw from next 20-20 world cup which will happen in England. Zimbabwe cricket also considered that British government is likely to refuse to grant visa for the Zimbabwe cricket team to take part in the I.C.C 20-20 world cup.
Zimbabwe cricket has taken this hard decision in the larger interest of the game. I.C.C decided that Zimbabwe will receive their appearance money for the event and participation in other I.C.C events and the future tours programmed appears to be unaffected.
I.C.C has set-up a sub-committee, chaired by Dr. Julian Trunte (West Indies) and including another I.C.C Board member Arjuna Ranatunga (Sri Lanka) and an official from the I.C.C. The role of this Sub-committee will be advice the I.C.C board on all matters relating to Zimbabwe cricket including its return to full participation in the international arena. The full membership of Zimbabwe is currently not in doubt there was not even a discussion on the issue of Zimbabwe membership.
New Zealand scheduled visit of Zimbabwe in July 2009, but already there’s pressure on New Zealand cricket team to withdraw from the tour. Last time, New Zealand government refuse visas to the Zimbabwe side but this time tour take palace in Zimbabwe. Now they would find another way of preventing the tour. I.C.C gives clear instruction that if NZC (New Zealand cricket) withdrew tour without government instruction than they would pay hefty fines.
You can’t mix sports with politics, if you do that than nobody can enjoy the sports with fun. If Zimbabwe cricket show generous attitude towards sports, and said that they will not participate in 20-20 world cup despite they have right to play at every I.C.C tournament because they have full membership in I.C.C.
Australia, New Zealand and England cricket board think twice before raising these type of sound against minnows and learn form their mistakes. In this globalizing world where everything is globalize, these cricket board do combine efforts to globalize the sports. Not destroy the sports spirit to mix sports with politics.
